Commanding. Colourful. Slightly theatrical.
Decorated in medals he may or may not have earned, the Colonel stands with a regal tilt and a cheeky wink. His jacket is bright, his cap bedazzled, and his rules entirely self-written.
When the circus comes to town, someone has to keep it in lineor at least look the part.
