These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website, govern your use of our website, products, and services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products from HT Animal Supply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

HT Animal Supply is an online retailer. We do not manufacture, design, print, warehouse, or physically stock every product offered on our website.

Product availability, processing times, packaging, shipping methods, and fulfillment timelines may vary depending on the supplier, manufacturer, or distributor responsible for the item.

By purchasing from HT Animal Supply, you understand and agree that certain products may ship directly from a supplier, brand, manufacturer, or distributor rather than from HT Animal Supply.

Because many products are supplier-fulfilled, a single order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Section 3: Product Information, Images, and Supplier Data

We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, sizes, colors, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, product information may be provided by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, brands, vendor partners, Shopify-connected supplier systems, product feeds, or other third-party product data sources.

Because some product data is provided by third parties, HT Animal Supply does not guarantee that all product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, availability, sizes, colors, pricing, or other product details are complete, current, error-free, or fully accurate.

Product images may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, production variation, supplier photography, or manufacturer updates.

We reserve the right to correct, update, modify, disable, remove, or discontinue any product listing at any time without notice. We may also remove or disable a product listing while we review supplier information, product accuracy, intellectual property concerns, fulfillment issues, pricing errors, availability, or other business matters.

All products offered are intended for personal or household use and not for resale, commercial export, or unauthorized distribution.

Section 4: Made-to-Order, Custom, and Personalized Products

Many products offered through HT Animal Supply may be made to order, custom-made, personalized, handcrafted, special order, or produced after an order is placed. These items may require additional processing or production time before shipment.

By placing an order for a made-to-order, custom, personalized, or supplier-produced item, you acknowledge that extended processing times may apply and that cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges may be limited or unavailable once production or fulfillment has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before placing an order, including sizing, measurements, colors, personalization details, production timelines, and supplier-specific restrictions.

Section 5: Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from HT Animal Supply. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to limited availability, supplier availability, pricing errors, listing errors, product data errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, address issues, or concerns regarding misuse of our website.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and the order has entered fulfillment. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of an order if an error, supplier issue, inventory issue, or fulfillment issue is later discovered.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund according to our applicable policies.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and account information for all purchases.

Section 6: Pricing, Promotions, and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, import fees, or other applicable charges.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, promotion errors, product data errors, shipping errors, or other inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

We may cancel or adjust an order if pricing, availability, supplier data, shipping, or product information is inaccurate.

Section 7: Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines shown at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on supplier processing, manufacturer production time, carrier performance, weather, holidays, seasonal volume, customs, item availability, or circumstances outside of our control.

Some products may ship directly from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, brands, or distributors. You may receive multiple shipments for a single order.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. HT Animal Supply is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, or delays caused by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, or carriers.

Section 8: Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and any supplier-specific restrictions that may apply to certain products.

Because some products are custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, supplier-fulfilled, special order, final sale, or shipped directly from third-party suppliers, not all items may be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing information, measurements, production timelines, and order information before submitting an order.

Once an order has been fully processed, submitted to a supplier, entered production, or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

Product names, brand names, logos, designs, images, slogans, trademarks, service marks, product descriptions, and other intellectual property displayed on product listings may belong to their respective owners, brands, suppliers, manufacturers, licensors, distributors, or other third parties.

The display of third-party product information, brand names, images, descriptions, trademarks, or product designs on our website does not imply that HT Animal Supply owns those rights. HT Animal Supply relies on supplier-provided, manufacturer-provided, brand-provided, distributor-provided, Shopify-connected, or other third-party product data when listing certain products.

If HT Animal Supply receives a credible intellectual property concern regarding a product, product image, product title, product description, trademark, copyright, design, slogan, or other content, we may remove, disable, or modify the listing while the matter is reviewed with the applicable supplier, manufacturer, distributor, brand, vendor partner, or rights holder.

Intellectual property concerns may be sent to service@htanimalsupply.com. Please include the specific product URL, a description of the concern, proof of ownership or authorization, and any supporting documentation.

Nothing in these Terms grants any license or right to use the intellectual property of HT Animal Supply, Shopify, our suppliers, manufacturers, partners, licensors, or any third party without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Section 10: Third-Party Products, Suppliers, and Services

Certain products and services available through HT Animal Supply may include materials, goods, product data, fulfillment services, shipping services, or content provided by third parties.

HT Animal Supply is not responsible for errors, delays, outages, inaccuracies, product changes, fulfillment issues, production issues, shipping delays, product discontinuation, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, carriers, payment processors, product data providers, or service providers.

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products may be referred to the applicable supplier, manufacturer, distributor, carrier, or third-party service provider when appropriate.

HT Animal Supply is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to operate our online store.

Any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with HT Animal Supply. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and HT Animal Supply, including any injury, damage, loss, product issue, fulfillment issue, or dispute resulting from purchased products or services.

By using our website, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with HT Animal Supply.
